Very casual query, not worth arriving at some purposeful opinion. Better have a personal appointment with some good local lawyer, show him the court order, discuss th background of the case in detail to get some appropriate advice on what legal steps you are required to take.

'patrik property'; Probably you mean ancestral property.
'that get to my fathr by court'; If it is ancestral property then why and how it is awarded to your father alone.
Post full facts.

Without knowing full case details / court orders ? related documents, nothing can be advised. Discuss with local lawyer.

You may better discuss in detail with some local lawyer to help you to take some legal steps, if justified.

It seems that the father of the author has bequeathed his ancestral property in favour of all other legal heirs except him by way of consent decree in the court.
Such decree is not valid and is liable to be set aside if you file a civil suit challenging it as you have also share in that property.

The author has clearly mentioned that his father sold ancestral property.
He has not mentioned how the property was ancestral, who purchased it and how it came in the name of his father?
Without replying these basic questions, nothing fruitful can be advised.

The author has mentioned clearly in the query that his father has sold the property.
Is the query modified, in this thread, also?
There is no mention of ' bequeathed', emails etc...

Subsequently modifying the query is not good habit, any amendment should be through new post in same thread.
Modification generally makes the replies unrelated.
