My Grand father died intestate leaving behind 4 Son and 3 Daughter and an agriculture property.

whereby my father is the among the 4sons and the 3 daughters does`t want share in property and they are in need of money, shall my father give them the market rate of consideration and get right release infavour him 3/7 share in the property, whereby other male members are not ready to give money/ consideration.

Any of the co sharers can always relinquish his/her share in the joint property and execute release deed whether or not he accepts money in lieu of it.

Thanks a lot but here the other male members will not give their consent to this deed, is their consent is necessory for this deed.........
