Dear sir,
I had filed second appeal under right to information act 2005 in the state information commission for not getting the desired information from government department
Now more than 8 months has been passed and I have received no response from the commission in the mean time I went to the office of the information commission and the respective authority stated me that due to the absence of chief information commissioner no hearing has been called for
Sir what can I do if the required information is not provided to me where to approach and how long can it be pending
