Respected Sir,
I want to send RTI to my university regarding the details of marks of my college of final exam year exam held in 2002 from where i paseed my exam.I passed my exam in 2002 and want the above mentioned information.can university give me this info? Or it is the violation of the rules of RTI.please suggest me.

What about mark sheet, which you would have received after passing your college final in 2002? Does that not serve your purpose?
