RESPECTEBLE SIR,
AFTER HOWMANY DAYS OF FILING/SENDING A RTI APPLICATION WE CAN FILE/SEND FIRST APPEAL TO APPELATE AUTHORITY? CAN WE SEND A FIRST APPEAL OF RTI AFTER THREE MONTHS OR MORE OF IT'S FILING/SENDING DATE?

If the PIO has not given reply within 30 days you can file appeal to the 1st appellate authority.

However, delay is condonable if sufficient cause is shown.

After receipt of the RTI by PIO he should reply in 30 days, If time for postal delivery added, it can be filed in 40 to 45 days after sending RTI.
