Sir,
My son and daughter in law are residing abroad and cannot come down, thus giving me the entire POA rights to ensure the smooth running of their finances including the societal affairs.
Now I would like to stand for election and attain office bearers position, as the society lacks in members as they are all old and cannot take care of the running and this year, the MC is finishing their 5 yr term period.
My son and daughter in law would like to process my name in the legal authoritative high court documentation to the society MC asking them to include my name in the society books as member of the society enabling me to stand for election.

My question : Is this procedure correct and can you guide me, what is the right documentation for doing so?

Thank you.

Pls don’t post as AQ and post with your ID and you can get many replies.
Your ID does not mean your email id or phone number and don’t post these also.
