My maternal Grandfather (Nana) had two wives. The agricultural property is in the name of second wife. Do the children of the first wife have any rights or share in the property owned by the second wife as per Muslim laws?

There is no concept of ancestral property in Muslim law and thus the children born out of first wife of your nana have no right to claim in the given facts.
