Respected Experts,
Can a Meritorious Sport Person who availed a Govt. Job reserved for Sport Quota (already in service) can compete for the the another higher/different post reserved for Meritorious Sport Person.Here it is to mention that during In-service period she/he get many another medals in international and national level.
Is any Leading case in above facts and circumstances ?

Such person can definitely avail the reservation quota for higher level and there are many judgments in support of such position but you need to personally search on indiankanoon.org

Lissing Perme always puts academic query and that too not relating to him in any way. As per the profile of the querist, he/she is an unemployed person, but is strangely asking question for some sportman, a third person, who is already in service!

You need to write specific problem for specific solution. Law has some specific implications depending upon the facts, circumstances and environments, not a thing to be applied anywhere and everywhere in general on all types of cases.
