Last month my younger brother died in an accident. He was married last year. After 15 days of his death, his wife left our family (her in-laws family) and now living with her parents. I want to know this only, is her parents-in-laws have no right on her after death of his son, is she free to live with his parents or any other one?

It is her sweet desire to live with anyone including her parents or her parents-in-law. No legal power can force her to remain with her parents-in-law.

Thanks to reply Makkad ji. But is it legal that my late brother's in-laws are claiming for money/gold which they have spent on their daughter marriage?

After death of your brother, her widow is legally free to live at her desired place so she can perfectly claim for her each belongings and your parents cannot compel her legally to remain with them. It is her weet desire.

yes, legally she is entitled to all her belongings and leave wherever she wants.
especially after the death of her husband, she must have felt very lonely and as such anyone in her place usually choose to live with someone more close to her.

But in my opinion, your mother, if alive also have equal share in the property of your brother
