Road entry from my land

Our land is touching hill side road. It is almost rectangular in size and is around 600 meters long along the hill. So it is blocking entry to the farms touching other side of my land. Since last 30 years we have allowed other farmers to use a 3 feet wide road which go across our land. My question is , Can other farmers legally demand for more wide entry road (free of cost) across my land. (Wide enough for a Truck) as they do not have any other entry road to there farms.

If they don't have other road to go their field, it is their easementary right, they can claim.

how you are reaching your land sir? i mean are you reaching your land without across other's land?
I mean just provide that same rights to others sir..
its mutual thing. just given and take policy..

Ordinary easement rights for persons to access their land cannot be stretched to a right for movement of vehicle.

Thank you for replying. As already mentioned in the question, 3 feet wide entry road is already provided and is in use by other farmers to access their land. ( And I don't have any intention to block that entry.)
Mr. P Venu has replied what I was worried about, but just for curiosity I would like to know,
"As per law what should be the width of the access road ?"

Hi
a) The existing easement rights can continue at nil cost to the other farmers. that is what is existing 3 feet road, can be continue to be used by other farmers.
b) law does not prescribe any width for access road.
c) You can choose to sell your land to the farmers/government authorities at a price to be determined by government if the farmers want a wider access road.
