Rotary club dispute

Dear Advocates!

As per the resolution passed by the board of Rotary club, they dismissed their President and Secretary.

But, the said President and Secretary are still acting as such.

Could you help me to remove them to get the administration?

I doubt, if it is a query from an advocate. To me it seems to be a pure academic query.

When both the President and the Secretary, the main functionaries have been dismissed, the question arises, who issued orders to dismiss them?

Anyhow, you need to check the basic document, e.g., the byelaws of the Rotary Club.
