Submit your RTI application to the Concerned Police Station where those cases were filed Or to the Commissioner Or Superintendent of Police of concerned area . Presently all details would be available with concerned Police in their website.

It is a third party information. Police may not be ready to come forward to give you the information.

RTI- Right to Information. The RTI act is applicable to Police Departments also and they are bound to oblige.
Guest (Expert) 27 February 2018
The Query is only about the Cases filed and if such information are not exposable no news of any crime would come out in media or press.Police could deny to produce only the FIR copies in RTI but case and complaint details would be furnished.

The RTI application may not have to be submitted in PD but with O/o PIO…or in RTI cell of local police
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 February 2018
The information that can be supplied and not is usually described ….
In reply description and reason for declianature if any would be supplied.
If you face any difficulty get in touch local RTI Activists or media …..Usually they have personnel that are well versed with such matters..
Mention the PS’s/locations and information required….
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 February 2018
Check at website of LOCAL police commissionerate for details of PIO, CPIO…
Usually IT is DCP, CP….

e.g;
http://www.delhipolice.nic.in/
http://www.delhipolice.nic.in/rti-main.html
Manual -16 (List of APIO/PIO & FAA)
http://www.delhipolice.nic.in/rti-main.html

Submit RTI application with requisite fee Rs.10/- for information and say Rs.2/page of documents wanted…by way of IPO or DD or as described at website or in office with I/c of RTI cell….
The application number and receipt shall be issued….
If IT is not required for court case you are likely to get information in say 30days……..or even earlier..Or a reply.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 February 2018
Ask I/c of RTI cell by and he/she may agree to handover the reply by hand in his/her office also…
Still if you face any issues on matter on your hands get in touch with a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in matters in your hands civil/criminal and having a successful track record ……..and worth his/her salt…
Your own LOCAL counsel can address and advise you on your concerns..
