my case is in district court, khammam, ap.
how to procced to get information about my case under RTI act?
in district court to whom i have to give application for information of my case under rti sir ?

You can give a letter under RTI Act to the PIO of the District Court. The letter should bear Rs.10/- CF stamp.

Apply to the PIO who is the Admisitration Officer/Chief Ministerial officer of the court in the prescribed form and fees.

in my case after 6 months also my advocate telling not numbered to my case. upto now iam not taken bill or petition copy, now i want to change advocate. now can i ask bill and other copies from advocate sir?

in my divorce case after 6 months also my advocate telling not numbered to my case. today morning i went to court and enquired in court dairy, there is no case and my advocate not filed. i went and asked my advocate to return my case file. he told ok come on evening. at evening he returned my file and vakalat no objection and sr number. he filed case today only hurryly. i lst 6 months time 7000 money . sir now i want file a case against advocate in state bar council. now i have only vakalat paper. is it enough to complaint on my advocate in state council sir?
