I GAVE AN APPLICATION UNDER RTI A OFFICE. THEY REPLIED ME THAT AS YOU HAVE ASKED INFORMATION IN THE FORM OF QUESTION , SO IT CAN NOT BE GIVEN. IS IT SO ?

RTI act does nto prescribe any format. If you hve paid rs 10/- specified the information sought the time of one month starts.

yes, there is no prescribed format for RTI Application. Further you can't ask information in the form of questions asking for justification for some actions. you can ask information as held by the public authority. please furnish us type of questions you asked in the application to know the validity of PIO's reply.
