The attached judgement of WBSCDRC may be called a landmark judgement, since it is the first State Consumer Commission in the country confirming that aggrived RTI-applicant may also approach Confumer Fora for grievance redressal.
But in my case, being a layman, I goofed up in framing the prayer portion, hence my appeal was dismissed.
Can any one kindly advice me, what should be my next step?

Get professional services of a lawyer and appeal in the national commission.

Thanks Mr. Nair for your kind reply. May I file appeal in the National Commission by post or, online?

After going through the attachment I am of the opinion that except prayer N0. 1, Rest three relieves may be granted instead of dismissing appeal. State Forum's finding for prayer No. 1 seems to be correct.

Robin Pal! Punjab & Haryana High Court had passed a similar decision a long ago.
You should personally or through your lawyer should file appeal before National commission but it cannot be filed through post.

Appeal in national commission shall be filed following the necessary procedures. There is no provision to file an appeal on-line.

Thanks arvind, Shonee Kapur, raj kumar makkad and Deepak Nair for your kind replies.
But I cannot afford to go to Delhi or engage a lawyer at National Commission.
Please inform, if there is any procedure for filling a Miscellaneous Application (for review) before the same State Commission?

No such provisions are available by which a miscellaneous application can be filed before state commission in lieu of an appeal to national commission.
