The spouse of a female employee has asked for her salary detail.he has asked info for some legal dispute between him and his wife.should the application be rejected?upon rejectin can he apply again citing change of circumstances?

you can deny the information sought as per the RTI provision underSection 8(1)(j) of the Act.
on the ground that disclosures has no
relationship to any public activity
or interest, and it it would cause
unwarranted invasion of the
privacy of individual

the salary detail of female employee is asked for alimony claim. The husband has cited cic order cic/ad/a/2012/003341-sa. Please elaborate is husands claim related to public interest citing that salary info will help him getting justice at court?
