Sir,

How can I fill an RTI in DVVNl (Govt. Electric Co.) that provide electric supply to household, commercial ?

the Website of the DVVNL is not working

you can send the the chief secretary to govt, they will forward as per RTI act 6(3), if you know that that co,. which department under control then send the RTI query to that dept also.

There is no problem to move such application there. A presscribed performa is available, use it and move it.

You can send the RTI application to the Office concerned or to the Corporate Office of the Electricity Company or even to the Ministry of Power of your State.
