Kindly provide me copy of order/circular/instructions of Ministry of DOPT in which ALL RTI CELL IN EACH DEPARTMENT were directed to use/affix RTI logo outside the RTI cell of Each Govt. department.Thanx in advance

I could not open the given link due to server down and further its a 12 MB file,will u plz provide me any short note/etc for ready reference..by the way i am asking for recent guideline/circular of DOPT in which DOPT instructed to use RTI logo outside the RTI Cell of every govt. department..i think the same guidelines were issued in the month of oct or Nov 2011.Regards
