Dear expert I want to purchase 2nd hand car from Delhi and get it registered in madhya pradesh, car is 2011 model price is Rs 210000/- now my point wise question is:-
1.on wh amount i have to pay RTO tax in madhya pradesh
2.in madhya prasesh RTO is rs.94 per quarter for 4 wheeler for unladen weight 800 to 1600kg
3.life expectancy of vehicle is 15 years from date of purchase of new car.
4. suppose the registration date is 01/01/2011 and transfer date is 01/05/2020,from which date tax is calculated for RTO purpose,is it from 01/01/2011 or from 01/05/2020 and what is the amount. of tax

CONSIDER THIS:
1. RTO registration fees is levied only once (anywhere in India) and is valid for the Life Time of the Vehicle (say 15 years).
2. For Inter-State Transfer, the MP RTO would levy only their NOC & Transfer Fees, prescribed by State. Nothing else.

It shall be better to consult in the offfice of concerned RTO about the expenses to be incurred soon after the revocation of lock-down. This query is not legal rather is of procedural notification issued by local Government from time to time.

Minimum documents required:
• Address proof
• Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate
• Sales certificate
• Road-worthiness certificate
• Current Insurance Policy
You may have to pay smart card fee, may have to pay Road Tax at depreciated cost value as assessed with GST. Please also confirm from RTO, whether the car purchased by you is BS compliance as required by the Government at present.

As the vehicle is old one, Sale Certificate is not required rather affidavit of the selller duly attested along-with duplicate copies of forms 29 & 30 of Motor Vehicle Rules shall also be required.

-For fee you have to contact local / your area RTO office. Registration certificate charges, transfer charges etc. are nominal.
