I Just wanted to know what are the Rules and Regulations or Acts need to be go through to start or up an BPO in any state.. very urgent

local states rules are differ from state to state. you will get registration from following departments in common, service tax registration, PAN NUMBER, TAN NUMBER, ESI, PF., MUNCIPAL REGISTRATIONS IF ANY OF YOUR BPO CENTRE.
