Rules & procedure regarding Partition of HUF

Please help me regarding partition of HUF. My father does not know how to do it. My father's brothers are trying to cheat my father by taking false signature on court stamp paper by taking a strong support of cops and politicians. They are just trying anything like false FIR of violence, criminal attack. They are enjoying all the property starting from ancestors's home to lands.
What is the safest procedure to stop all these and to get the share in the property legally.

under hindu law any coparcener can make a claim for partition . where a property is capable of physical division, partition must be by division of property
it is advisable that partition of HUF property be done by partition deed.such a partition deed needs registration and payment of stamp duty
