I am getting an amount of Rs.9,000/- as net salary i.e home taking salary. how much I hav e to pay as salary attachment from court

In execution of maintenance decree the court may order for attachment upto Rs 6000/-
In execution of other decree attachment may be upto 2600/-

Dear Querist
as per the section 60 (i) of CPC
[(i) salary to the extent of [the first [one thousand rupees]] and two‑thirds of the remainder] [in execution of any decree other than a decree for maintenance]:

[Provided that where any part of such portion of the salary as is liable to attachment has been under attachment, whether continuously or intermittently, for a total period of twenty‑four months, such portion shall be exempt from attachment until the expiry of a further period of twelve months, and, where such attachment has been made in execution of one and the same decree, shall, after the attachment has continued for a total period of twenty‑four months, be finally exempt from attachment in execution of that decree;]]

(ia) one‑third of the salary in execution of any decree for maintenance;]
so as per your query if your salary is 9000/- and the attachment order has been passed in a decree other then a maintenance decree then the court may pass an order to attach a sum of Rs. (1000+5333.33)= 6333.33
if the decree is a maintenance decree then 1/3 of the salary a sum of Rs. 3000/-
