Salary deduction for bonus

can i deduct some of the salary of employee as a bond for certain month so employee remain join with us. if he complete specified duration i pay all deduct money at that time can I have to pay intrest? and the process of deducting salary from employee as a bond is valid?

Please avoid posting "no reply" to anonymous queries. You certainly have the option not to reply, but posting "no reply" is leading a situation insulting the querist, the experts as well the LCI.

Dear Shri Goyal,

I am not aware of any such collective decision. Even if there is such a decision, such a decision does not considered to be operational so long as the LCI administration continues to offer the option to the querists to post queries as anonymous. If the LCI administration adopts such a policy, it is the natural corollary that the experts who post "no query" shall not earn any point and the system of granting points needs to be streamlined accordingly!

It had happened many a time with top experts. Though we may not know true identity, we can check his past history/ pattern of Queries, If once he ask Query as Husband, and next Query as if he is Wife, ans so on.
This practice had helped a lot, and u r here with peace.

So our policy should be maintained strictly to be respectable Experts here.

No one should slap us here and get away in dark. What is secrecy here??

Those cases are excused too. but not all. So Anonymous Queries must not be replied.
