Dear Sir,
I have worked with indiabulls from past 4 years,in the month of April i have resigned there,as per company HR norms i have given notice period of one month,i.e. on 8th April,2013 and my last working day in the company is 7th May 2013 as per one month notice. As per my schedule i went to office and same i sent HO for relieving letter. After one month i received relieving letter and balance amount of Rs.7800/-,in there clearly mentioned they relieved me on 18th April,2013 without giving any notice officially.,and same they issued salary up to 18th April only.,so i lot 20days of salary and other benefits.
My question is there any chances to fight with company against this issue.,i got all proofs like resignation letter, and confirmation letter from HR(In there they clearly mentioned like my last working day is 7-5-2013. And i lost salary also.,we are comes under Andhra Pradesh labour Act.,
Plz help me regarding this case.
Regads,

The company can not deprive you from getting your dues. Ask the company of your dues by sending advocate's notice.
If it still refuses to pay you the balance money, then you can file civil suit.
