Salary of employees

Respected,
query is regarding payment of salary, the case was framed against the company that they are paying less salary by one of the state level board (they framed this case them self without any complaint of any of employee)and gave decision to increase the salary by 1000/-
few of the facts of matter are
1. salary was and is as per the law/rules.
2. none of the the employee have any complaint regarding salary and never made any complaint to any board.
3. last year itself company increased salary of employees.
4. when the summons was send to Co. and Co. on presentation made statement that their payment are as per rule and they are not a member of this board so they cant frame any case against them, even all the employees gave in writing that they have no complaints, still the case was run.
Now the question is,
1. can they frame the case? do they have this right??
2. Is the company liable to follow their order?

1. Nothing concretely can be commented prior to going through the relevant order.
2. Same as given above.
If the company is of the opinion that the jurisdiction do not vest in Board to decide such matter, better to file an appeal against such order as without jurisdiction, it shall be nullity and is not liable to be executed.
