salary on hold

I resigned my job on 9th Feb.10. and my salary from 21st jan-9th feb. is on hold.

Let me know how much time an organisation can tk to clear it out.

No time is required to clear your salary. It should have been paid immediately upon your relieving from the post. Issue a legal notice claiming arrears of salary with interest.
