Salary regarding

hello
i was working in a company but at a sudden due to health issue i stop going to office and came home and i informed the TL but after my salary is credited and i realise that it may be my last month payment when i worked there but its 3 months and my salary is credited to my account why should i tell the company in case of some legal action

What are the terms and conditions of service regarding leaving or shunting out and payment for interim period (notice) ?

Company is kind to you for you are being sick as informed by you to TL. Be straight and finalise the issue truthfully so that your career moves on peacefully.

If excess payment return to them on your own. Talk to Personnel or Finance department on formalities. Sometime they would have given you some incentive also. You check.
