This query is : Resolved
I have a client who has a flat which he needs to sell and the building has undergone redevelopment which is now complete.
But the possession has not been taken. so the query is whether the sale deed should be the normal one or for such a case there is some other sale deed.

ADVISE ur client to exeucte the agreement of sale and the recital in the AOS should be like this. " After taking the possession of the flat regd., sale deed would be executed by taking the balance amount of sale consideration"

In a normal Sale Agreement you can include a clause stating the facts of possession and redevelopment.
