I have purchased a resale property from a widow who has having three child one is major and another two is minor the problem is that loan section by bank but bank says that the sale not not done if the two minors having the share in property so bank not ready to give loan amount what is the solution to purchase the property

bank is rightly saying, you have ask to the seller to obtain the district judge's order for sale of minor's shares.
