I am buying a house property from a person who has got general POA related to the property.Plz mention which points need to be kept in mind for drafting the sale deed and which documents need to be handed over to me by the seller.Thank you..

Sir,
AS such format of sale deed wont help you .. you need to hire a lawyer who shall draft sale deed in a proper way...
