My brother owns a flat, now he want to sale 50% share of the flat to my wife.

Sir, kindly help me by sending draft/formate sale deed in resepct of sale of 50% of the share in the flat

please you follow the book of, "pleadings and draftings"
there are many types of deeds have been in that book. And there is nothing special provision for made that deed. it is normal one.
