Sale of goods act

(Querist) 14 July 2015 This query is : Resolved
the seller has supplied the goods to the buyer. the buyer has received them but not paid for them.
Apart from the remedy available under Sec 55 of the sale of goods act where the seller can sue the buyer for non payment can the seller also demand back the goods so supplied

So the seller will not be able to ask for both i.e compensation for breach as well as return of goods..he can pray for either for ??compensation(monetary) or return of the goods
Is there any ruling which has directed the buyer to return the goods for the seller due to non repayment??

first you have to issue legal notice by claiming the goods amount or return the goods.. the legal notice may decide the remaining things..
