Dear sir in near velapur village my father purchased a commercial NA plot for petrol pump which is grnted commercial NA permission
on sailers mr.Zendes name. my father buy this land after 1 month of NA permission in 1987
and land was of Class-II. now the third party
threatening that the NA order is not commenced in use by Mr. Zende and he sail it to you so its sanad of NA is canceled and land is in Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948.I want to ask
1]is such NA sand got canceled if buy it within 2 months of NA order 2]is class-II land comes under Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948.

See Class 2 land under Maharashtra Land Revenue Code are not transferable , but to make all irregular thing straight In Feb 2016 Cabinet decision was taken to introduce amendment bill so all land become class 1 . Whether bill introduced or not I don't know now but certainly bill not passed yet.
If third party issue is there you appear and prepare for case etc. after you get notice from collector. Why worry now. Cabinet ministry of state taken decision to resolve such issue they are going to bring bill . From the time Devendra Fadnavis Govt. came they have changed many rigid things in Act and have made straight and practical so this thing too will be straight Relax and Enjoy.
If Collector issue notice delay procedure till then Land revenue code and other act will change in few months
