Sale of undivided/unspecified share of property

Sir,
I have a gift registered document for 7/8th share of property from 2005.(437.5 sq.yards)
Remaining 1/8th share (62.5 Sq.yards) is still registered on my late great grandmother who died in the year 1949.
We are two siblings, my sister and me.
My share is registered on my name, my sis is not claiming her share nor ready for any partition to be made. We are not in contact with eachother and do not know eachother's whereabouts. how to get a partition done.

File a suit for partition with her last known address. If after service of summons ,regular and substituted the curt fixes the date pf hearing, you may get an ex parte decree.
