It is the duty of the dealer to rectify the defects, if not u can issue legal notice and approach consumer court for compensation

send legal notice to dealer to replace defective car with new one being in warranty period.

Your car is under warrany and if the engine of car is not functioning properly then both manufacturer and dealer are liable to rectify/remove the defect so don't bother. If dealer do not respond you properly then file a complaint against both manufacturer and dealer before District Consumer Redressal Forum and claim replacement of car with new one and also claim compensation towards mental and physical agony caused to you.
