Whether sales tax is required to be levied by a govt department/establishment while selling any goods into the market through an agent.
If yes, what formalities are required to be taken?

Normally for government sector , SEZ supplies are exempted from tax. what goods you supplied

The goods are Fluro-deoxy-glucose. This is used in hospitals for therapeutical treatment of cancer patients. Thanks
