Advocate Ravinder (Expert) 22 April 2015
Find out some third party and take NOC from the Builder. The Builder has to register the flat directly upon the third party.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 24 April 2015
You can sell the flat. Consult local lawyer.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 01 May 2015
If you find that this deal is not conducive, you may go for selling the property by taking NOC from the builder on a third party's name by complying with the sale agreement formalities.
