Dear Experts,

Pls send me a sample reply notice against legal notice sent by a company for outstanding due. Where as the disputed pmt due was amicably waived off by the company due to deficiency of service on the part of the servicing providing company.

There is no sample for replies.

Just write a reply stating the facts and your points of difference.

Otherwise, consult a lawyer for drafting the reply.

Yes there is no sample of reply. Just draft your reply on the basis of facts, the contradiction and the difference. For better draft hire a good local lawyer.

For sending reply to lawyer notice, please engage a lawyer who is conversant with the subject matter, rather than a reply by a layman.
