Hi,

what is the proceedings if one uses the word SC caste to insult someone. Both the persons involved are are not SC's. Is it crime?

Hi, wife scolded husband using sc caste. Husband threatens for filing case. Husband and wife both are not belongs to sc caste. Already divorce dvc and mc cases in court. Can husband file case against his wife?

husband does not belong to sc . he should forget about filing case against wife . better contest existing cases on merits

SC , ST Act can not be taken refuse to if the complainant does not belong to that caste.
