Hello sir my name is Gaurav sir I have applied a sc caste certificate from ghaziabad up.caste is Gond.i have applied with relevant document such as my father caste certificate which is main proof I have applied 3 times from Ghaziabad district court but every time it get rejected and they mention or show the same reason which is "non transferable" on online website.sir my father caste certificate had issued in 1984 from Delhi well my father birth place is jaunpur in up.he was issued the caste certificate from centre means Delhi.sir please give a solution can I applied from Delhi this time. although I have only my birth certificate document and also my father have all document proof of Delhi or Ghaziabad both.i was born in July 1991 in Delhi.sir this time I really want my caste certificate from Delhi government.sir is it possible to apply it from Delhi or not .well I have been living in Ghaziabad since 2000.sir please provide me legal solutions for sc caste certificate.

Your own local counsel could have advised you the best.
Apparently the online website does not include said caste.

Approach your area Tehsildar/SDM through a local lawyer with caste certificate issued to your father.

Respected sir sudhir Kumar g Sir is sc caste certificate is applicable for both state and central government jobs? .while sc caste certificate is issued from respective state government from where a candidate resides or permanent residence.one more question is there is any procedure to make sc state caste certificate to central government approval or it's ok with state government stamp in all jobs whether state or central government jobs. i think obc state caste certificate have to be changed to central for central government jobs is this true or not please reply sir all the queries.

You have nowhere stated where you reside as "ordinary resident within the meaning of section 20 of the representation of peoples act" i.e. registered as a voter at which place.
