Why the search of any property is to be taken for 30 years?

Probably, your question relates to some other reference, which you were required to link appropriately, or make your question quite comprehensive with reference to some specific problem or law point.

To be frank, in the absence of such things, your question becomes purely hypothetical academic question without having any legal base.

30 years title search is taken is taken to satisfy about the genuine ness of title to the property . whether property has been mortgaged to third party? whether any sale has been made to third party ?

Dear Ajay sir ok intention is clear, but why for 30 years and not for less than 30 years in one case and 12 years in another case.....??
WHY was for the term and not for intention or object...

The period of 30 years is taken in search report because plea of adverse can be taken for this period, mortgage can be got redeemed up to this period if no specific time has been mentioned therein and a wrongful entry remained in the revenue record up to this long period is regarded a genuine as per Evidence Act.

Al these aspects are vital in search report so a period of 30 years has been fixed by State.
