I AM BUYING A PROPERTY IN NOIDA EXTENSION. FOR THIS I WILL BE GETTING LOAN FROM MY EMPLOYER. THEY ARE ASKING FOR SEARCH REPORT OF MY PROPERTY. IF SEARCH REPORT CAN BE GENERATED FOR THIS AS THIS IS A NEW PROPERTY.

Enage a lawyer who would help you to get a search report after causing necessary searches in the concerned Registration Offices.

But what about the land? In such cases, search relates to the land on which the construction is proposed. The the rights relating this piece of land will be verified during the search. That means who is the owner of the piece of land, how he acquired it, who are the owners for the last 12/30 years, whether there is any defect in flow of title - all these aspects will be verified by an advocate and one should enter into sale/acquisition transactions only if the advocate opinnes that the property is free of defects relating to title and marketable. So engage an advocate obtain the search report. For this you are required to submit the papers relating to ownership of the property upon which the proposed construction is taking place.
