All respected adovocates from Uttarakhand High Court, Nainital
Sir,in my PA Case Sec. 21 (Rent Control Act), application from my tenant for Spot Inspection rejected (on the ground of delay, plz ref. rulling saud ali khan vs. manoranjan aggaral), i m afraid that my tenant will appeal in the Hon'ble High Court, Nainital, i want to launch a CAVEAT.... as i m short in time and having financial deficulties, can i launch it by myself, i have caveat format.... don't know exact court fees, will anyone help my urgently, will apprreciate if anyone tell me the expenses/fees for caveat and appearing...... please reply as soon as possible

serch LCI database for lawyers from nanital .
filing caveat wont be an expensive proposition . court fees for caveat are nominal .

does Rs. 30 of Courtfees sufficient in caveat or more.....
