I filed a petition before Judicial magistrate Court under Sec 156(3) of Cr.P.C to investigation against Police. Court also pass order to file Final reporte within one month.The police lodged F.I.R only not final report within time. Now Quetion is "what remedy is available to me and can I file for direction to file final report against polic before same court? if any, under what sec?.

Final Report??
The court has no pwer to direct Police to file Final Report. May be you are talking about Police Report.
Even directing the Police to submit Police Report u/s 172 crpc seems absurd.
What I think is that the Magistrate had asked the Police to submit Status Report on the investigation which is perfectly alright.
If the Police has not done so as yet then file petition to the court again asking it to call for Report from the Police.

You can file a Petition u/sec.210 Cr.P.C. in the same court for re-investigation of the matter and called for report.
