in order to make corro or contradict witness...must he have strictly made it to officers competent to investigate and not to others.. another question doubtful to me is if wife or husband is standing in dock and speak, not about to utter, but infact speaks of his own,, any communication which is sealed by law...can it be validly taken into account although no consent has been obtained

General law is subject to exceptions. i.e no bar to disclose the same if it is disclosed before a court of law. it can be produced at later stage or proceedings to corroborate the same. But it is subjected to the exceptions of evidence act. But its application differs to cases to case and relevancy

Your question"in order to make corro or contradict witness...must he have strictly made it to officers competent to investigate and not to others.." is covered by provisions contained in section 121 of evidence Act and

"another question doubtful to me is if wife or husband is standing in dock and speak, not about to utter, but infact speaks of his own,, any communication which is sealed by law...can it be validly taken into account although no consent has been obtained"
is covered by those stated in section122of the said Act.

DESPITE IT IS NOT CLEAR, AT LEAST TO ME, AS TO WHAT IS LABORING AS CONFUSION IN YOUR MIND???
