Dear Sir
Can A normal person lease out his agriculture land for setting up industry thereon without converting it non agriculture under Sec 143 of the act.

Sec 157 of the UPZALR Act clearly say that "Lease only by disabled person". not for "Normal Person".

Agricultural land in U P can not be leased for any purpose (even for agricultural purpose)by any holder other than disabled or employed in armed forces.
