Dear Sir,
There was a false complain filed again me in police station saying i cheated him for 70k. he did not have any such documentary evidence with him saying he has given me the amount when asked he just showed an sms which mentioned only will pay you. which i remember sending him for some money he needed and i said i will give him.
i have taken an AB in same case and the police filed thr FIR 2 days after filing of my AB. Noe i would like to know by when can they register the offence?

After getting anticipatory bail you should file a quashing petition in High court u/sec.482 Cr.P.C.

quashing is hardly allowed if there is such allegations clearly spelt out on FIR. However you can try for it anyway.

Normally The Anticipatory Bail Application Will be Dismissed If the Police had said No Complaint Pending in Court. You Say that FIR was filed after getting AB where as No AB would be granted if No FIR.Please Go Thro Your AB Properly Or Consult Your Advocate.

YOU CAN SEE THE ORDER ONLINE IF THE SAME IS PASSED BY THE HIGH COURT.
