V has to move a complaint police station for registration of F.I.R with regard to the offence committed by other, if police fails to register F.I.R, then V can file a private complaint u/s 200 Cr.P.C before the Court.

Private lawyer may be appoint for the assistance of the P.P

He will have to appoint a Pvt. Lawyer to file the complaint, but after filing of FIR on order of court Public Prosecutor shall handle the case, in need he can appoint his Pvt. Adv. to assit the PP.

u may seek the permission from the director of the prosecution to appoint the lawyer of its choice and he may conduct the prsecution on behalf of the state.
