Yes. The cause of action for both the proceedings is entirely different though facts my be of the same set.

Assuming that the arbitration is for the cheque amount, If that transaction is covered by arbitration, and the arbitrator had awarded the value of the cheque, how can a cheque bounce can be initiated?
