Sir,
I am posting this for one of my friend.
He fell in love with his 2nd cousin and they are planning to get married within a few years. Their relationship is as follows.
He is loving his father's father's brother's
son's daughter.
Is there any legal problems for this kind of marriage?
Regards

Legally Not possible. Prohibited Degree of relationship. Sagothra. Not only illegal, but also risky as there is every possibility of begetting children with health problems. Society will not accept such marriages. Better give up such ideas instead of bringing disrepute to both the families.

The marrage is permissible if such a system prevails in your community.

If your community customs and traditions permit the marriage within such relationship, you can advise your friend to go ahead.
